Booking & Delivery Policy
By accessing and using our delivery services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before booking our delivery services.
1. Booking Confirmation
All deliveries must be booked at least 1 hour in advance. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your delivery.
2. Delivery Times
We offer delivery services 24/7 . For deliveries made outside our regular business hours (Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 6 PM), an additional surcharge of 25% will be applied to the standard delivery rates on the final invoice, not the initial receipt of purchase.
3. Delivery Rates
Delivery rates are based on the destination and are outlined in our Solutions page. Rates are subject to change based on fuel costs and other operational factors.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 30 Minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 30 Minutes in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the delivery rate.

5. Payment
Payment is due at the checkout of products. We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods. For corporate clients, billing arrangements can be made upon request.
After-hours delivery surcharges will be added to the final invoice.
6. Liability
We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational issues.
In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery time.
7. Special Instructions
Please provide any special delivery instructions at the time of booking. This includes gate codes, specific drop-off locations, or any other relevant information to ensure a smooth delivery process.
8. Package Sign-Off
Someone must be present at the delivery location to sign off on the packages during regular delivery hours.
If no one is present to sign for the delivery and no prior request for contactless delivery has been made, our driver will attempt to contact you. If contact cannot be made, the package will be returned to our facility, and a redelivery fee will apply.
For nightly package deliveries, a signature is not required. Instead, an image of the packages at the designated location will be sent as proof of delivery.
9. Safety and Security
For the safety of our drivers and to ensure the security of your packages, we request that well-lit and safe locations are provided for deliveries, especially for after-hours deliveries.
10. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Our delivery drivers will always have PPE with them and will wear it on site if required. This includes hard hats, safety vests & glasses, steel toe boots, and any other necessary protective gear to ensure safety.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible at the scheduled delivery time. If our driver is unable to access the location, a redelivery fee may apply.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery during regular delivery hours if required.
12. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this booking & delivery policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email and updated on our website.
